These entities, hereinafter referred to as the “Organisation”, are jointly responsible for the collection and processing of participants’ data.
The Organisation collects only the data necessary for event management and communication with participants.
The following categories of data may be collected:
• Identification data: name, date of birth, gender, nationality and tax identification number.
• Contact data: email address, telephone number and postal address.
• Registration data: bib number, age group, start time and participation history.
• Payment data: processed securely by authorised service providers (no bank card data is stored).
• Image data: photographs and videos captured during the event.

Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
1. Management of registrations and participation in the End of Europe Race;
2. Communication of important information (payments, schedules, results, transport, logistical updates, etc.);

• Public authorities, where required by law;
